Hi,
1) In order for us to collect money from gov, we have to follow their instructions and the deadline for collection.
2) In any grant application, this must be submitted along with the resale application. Once you missed then you will not be able to get it.
3) If you already know who is your CRM (Customer Relation Manager from HDB), this can be found in your MYHDB under your resale application, you may contact him/her to seek assistance. It is up to them whether they could do anything about it.
4) This grant matter should be communicated clearly with your agent at the very first meeting. Not sure why there is a miscommunication on this.
You must have a valid reason why you decided not to apply for it.
5) BTW, the maximum proximity grant is $30k if you are staying with your parent. If you intend to apply for BTO/new EC in the future, you might have to pay more resale levy than this grant received.
