HDB 4-room seller with early MOP appeal - Christine and family
We were looking for agents to help us with urgent appeal for early MOP and to sell off our flat. As it was 2 years before MOP, most agents who reached out were reluctant to assist much and unresponsive. Ivan was very understanding of the situation and patiently assisted us with our queries and even drafted the appeal letter for us accordingly. Although the appeal was rejected, he was not disheartened and would occasionally follow up to check in. The next year we appealed again and managed to successfully get permission to resell our flat pre-MOP on open market.
