Note: The HDB BTO October 2025 sales exercise is coming up and applicants must apply for an HFE letter and submit all documents by 15 September 2025 to be able to apply for for the October exercise.
The HDB October 2025 sales exercise will be one of the largest in recent years, with about 9,100 flats released across 10 projects in eight towns: Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Bishan, Bukit Merah at Greater Southern Waterfront, Bukit Merah at Jalan Bukit Merah, Jurong East at Teban Gardens, Sengkang at Fernvale, Toa Payoh at Mount Pleasant, and Yishun at Chencharu and Ring Road.
In Yishun BTO 2025, two sites will be offered. Chencharu continues the town’s northern expansion with a diverse mix of residential types and new community spaces, while Ring Road adds a smaller supply within an established heartland setting.
Both are expected to feature shorter waiting times under the Standard model, with access to transport, schools, and daily amenities.

Located near Bah Soon Pah Road, the Chencharu precinct is positioned as a new growth area for Yishun. The upcoming BTO projects here are designed with greenery and open spaces in mind, including landscaped gardens, community pavilions, and play areas that encourage outdoor activity.
Another draw of Chencharu is its balance between affordability and variety. With a full range of flat types from two-room Flexi to five-room units, the site caters to singles, seniors, and larger households.
Waiting times are estimated at three years, shorter than many past launches, which will be attractive for buyers hoping to move in sooner rather than later.

Located between Yishun Ring Road and Yishun Street 31, this project sits within the estate’s more established residential zone. Residents will benefit from easy access to daily amenities such as Junction Nine Mall, Yishun Public Library, and Yishun Park, while Northpoint City is just a short bus ride away.
The Ring Road launch offers a smaller supply compared to Chencharu, but its position in a mature part of Yishun provides stability and convenience. With only two-room Flexi and four-room flats available, the site is likely to attract seniors, singles, and smaller families who prioritise location and amenities over a wide range of unit choices. The Jishun BTO floor plan details will only be released at the time of the sales exercise.
