Like most HDB flats in mature estates, the Towner Residences Kallang/Whampoa BTO flats will provide residents with convenient access to a multitude of amenities.
On the other hand, very few educational institutions are available in the vicinity. As such, students may have to travel further to go to school.
Furthermore, only 3-room and 4-room flats will be up for grabs in the Towner Residences Kallang/Whampoa August 2021 launch. Those with (or planning on) bigger families might want to consider balloting for other projects in Hougang or Tampines where 5-room flats will be available.
Similar to the previous two launches in Kallang/Whampoa, this August 2021 launch is expected to be oversubscribed. With only 316 units available, the Towner Residences Kallang/Whampoa BTO has the lowest number of flats among the August 2021 projects.
The project is also set to be among the most expensive ones in the August 2021 launch, second only to the Queen’s Arc Queenstown August 2021 BTO launch. The hefty price tag commanded is due to its central location and Kallang/Whampoa’s status as a mature estate.
