Hi,

There is no restriction for foreigner on private condominiums. There are a few things you will need to work on prior to starting your home hunting process.

1) Financial planning - Should you need a loan, you will need to approach a bank for an Approval-In-Principle for your housing loan.

2) 2 Ws - Where will you like to move to? When will you need to take possession of the unit?

My team do work with a panel of bankers who can assist you in the financial planning portion. As our team have various sub-teams specialising in different areas of the island, we will be able to assist you in finding a suitable unit.

Hi, Foreigners are allowed to buy any condo. If you are interested in finding out how much loan you are able to got, approach your banker or call me and i can refer you to one. As for the buying process , its mostly taken care of by the lawyers.
