The “Exclusive Series” offers 16 apartment units that come with private lift access.

Van Holland, Koh Brothers Group’s latest luxury residential development, will be launched for public sales on 11 January, with prices starting from $2,600 per sq ft (psf).

Located at the heart of Holland Village in District 10, the 4,427.70 sq m (about 47,660 sq ft), freehold development features three blocks: two five-storey blocks with 53 units of one- to four-bedroom apartments (ranging from 495 sq ft to 1,345 sq ft), and one four-storey block – also dubbed as the “Exclusive Series” – which offers 16 apartment units that come with private lift access. These units boast a larger floor area, with two-bedroom plus study, four-bedroom and four-bedroom plus attic units choices ranging from 1,001 sq ft to 1,991 sq ft.

All Van Holland units also come supplied with high-quality finishings, appliances and interior finishes. These include Arabescato Altissimo marble flooring from Italy, Miele kitchen appliances, Duravit bidets and sanitary wares, as well as “opulent” Italian sanitary fittings in the master bedroom from Fratelli Frattini that are encrusted with Swarovski crystals.

Amenities at Van Holland include a 26m infinity lap pool on the ground level, a sky pool, sky garden, jacuzzi, an aqua gym and an 860 sq ft clubhouse.

There’s also a sheltered link bridge that directly connects the development to Holland Village, giving residents direct access to the condo via a security gate and bypass the bus stop and main entrance at street level.

Van Holland is near the upcoming One Holland Village mixed-use development, Chip Bee Garden and Holland Village MRT station (three-minutes walking distance). Other attractions within the vicinity include Botanic Garden, Orchard Road and Dempsey Hill.

It is also close to various educational institutions such as Nanyang Primary School, St. Margaret’s Secondary School, Henry Park Primary, Anglo-Chinese School (Independent), Hwa Chong Institution, National University Singapore and National Junior College.

“Van Holland is a rare gem, strategically located right in the heart of the prime and vibrant Holland Village lifestyle enclave. Its close proximity to this exclusive neighbourhood, which is set for rejuvenation, will mean that residents of Van Holland can look forward to enjoying the best of both worlds – the upcoming commercial and communal spaces in the coming years and the exclusivity and quiet ambience that one looks for in a home,” said Koh Brothers managing director and group CEO Francis Koh.

Van Holland is expected to TOP in March 2023. You can read our full review of the project here.
