The prime district 11 development features 87 residential units, ranging from two- to four-bedder apartments. There will also be dual key three-bedroom units for multi-generational families and investors.

NEU at Novena, a 17-storey freehold residential development by Roxy-Pacific Holdings, Macly Group and Lim Wen Heng Holdings, will open for public preview on Saturday (12 October).

Nestled on a 22,198 sq ft site, the prime district 11 development features 87 residential units, with sizes ranging between 549 sq ft for a two-bedroom apartment and 1,302 sq ft for a four-bedder. There will also be dual key three-bedroom units for multi-generational families and investors.

Prices start from $1.35 million for a two-bedroom unit.

The only new launch next to the upcoming HealthCity Novena – a 17ha integrated healthcare development set for completion in 2030 – the development is located near Novena MRT Station as well as various amenities including United Square, Square 2 and Velocity.

There are also various pre-schools within the vicinity such as the EtonHouse Pre-School (Newton), Italian Supplementary School and Swedish Supplementary Education School. Primary schools within a kilometre radius include Farrer Park Primary School and St. Joseph’s Institution Junior.

“Inspired by the health and wellness aspect of the HealthCity Novena, NEU at Novena will feature a wide range of communal facilities designed to offer a holistic lifestyle,” said the developers in a release.

“These facilities are scattered throughout the elevated ground floor as well as the stunning 14-storey sky terrace. The sky terrace facilities such as the starlight infinity pool and teepee tents provide a platform for star gazing and relaxation, while the gourmet dining and vertical garden on the fringe of the sky terrace offers an al fresco dining area for all occasions.”

Meanwhile, Roxy-Pacific executive chairman and CEO Teo Hong Lim said the freehold development offers both investors and homebuyers an attractive opportunity “to benefit from the long-term developments in Novena, including the upcoming HealthCity Novena”.

The sales launch for NEU at Novena is set on 19 October.
