What is the most child friendly freehold development in Singapore ? With homes below 1500psf and sizes between 1400 and 2000 sq ft. ? Key consideration is size of facilities and reasonable maintenance costs . Also prefer condos with units below 500 units. Access to orchard useful. Proximity to mrt not that critical.

Thank you in advance

Hi David,

You might want to consider Kovan areas.
Its surrounded by many schools as well as nurseries and its very accessible to Orchard area.

Cheers.
