One Agent took away my deposit +Stamp Duty (close to $2400). He has been sentenced to Jail by court. Police said I better forget my money now.
I have all proofs. can I sue the agency? I never know that this things happens in Singapore too !!!

If the agent is a registered agent license by the authorities, you can try the Small Claims Court in Singapore to seek redress. All licensed agents are required to buy professional indemnity (insurance), so you may be able to claim from that.
