My sister and I are currently joint owners of a condo(3rd year). I would like to acquire a 2nd condo with a partner.

1. If I sell my share, what happens to the cpf used to finance the condo?

2. Does my sister have to finance it herself ?

3. Will the bank loan be affected? it's currently at 40 years if I'm not wrong.
