I'm living in Senkang and own a 3bed 2bath unit. I see a lot of new units being built at rapid pace in this estate and punggol. What is the rental projection for HDB Housing Units in this area with so many new units becoming available for rental (atleast sublease)?

Dear Mr Kris,

I am a resident of Punggol. Apart from the rapid pace of HDB being built at these 2 estates, did you see the rapid pace of Industrial space being built along around the area?

Government are clearing the land along Tampines road as well as Sengkang West/Seletar area. In fact, you can see a few new industrial building along KPE right now, and now they are expanding the expressway and a new road was opened recently to link to Seletar.

People prepare to stay near to where work. Therefore, you should not worry about the demand of the rental HDB flats.
