I have an ec , 2 rooms for rent, I like to know what’s the market price now?
And also do I need to apply under hdb because my condo is an ec?

Deara Mr Wayne,

Rental price is greatly dependent on location. However, as a guide EC room rental is equivalent to private room rental. Thus can fetch around $1k/room.

Yes, you will need to register the rental if your EC still within MOP.
