You can apply valuation via resale HDB portal.

If you are unfamiliar with the HDB's purchase procedure, platforms etc, it might be good to consider someone to represent you.

Hope you had applied for HLE before you commit to a purchase or register intent to buy before getting OTP.

Hi,

1) I guessed you had used the wrong link or select the wrong option.
2) This is the link to submit for valuation request for a DIY buyers:
https://services2.hdb.gov.sg/webapp/BB31AWDashboardWeb/BB31PLogin.jsp
3) You should select under "I am a Buyer or Seller", log in with your Singpass and you should see the option to put up your request for value.
4) But if you did not register intent to buy, you will have to start from that.
