I am interested to buy 1 bedroom unit in Wisteria@Yishun Ave 4. I can make an initial down payment of 100K. I am 58yrs and currently still employed. I am interested to know on loan tenure and whether I can rent out the unit to payoff my mortgage loan. What other factors do I have to look out for when buying private property?
