I am interested in renting a 2 bedroom condiminium. My work place is near temasek boulevard. My budget is between 2500-3500. Main requirement is to have a modern new condominium apartment and easy transport to work? The keyword is modern. I will be visiting Singapore on house hunting in december. What locations or property towers can I visit?

Dear Andrew,

Are you looking to take up a 1 or 2 years rental and will you be bringing along any furnishings? To be very honest with you, if you are looking for somewhere near to Temasek Boulevard and modern new condominium or apartment, this would be quite challenging, unless you do not mind a slightly smaller build-in space.

If you do not mind, I would like to have more information about your profile and any other occupants who will be staying together with you as these are some information which landlord requires before allowing any viewing to be done.
