I am a SPR in Singapore since 2006. I am planning to purchase a Condo in Singapore at beginning of 2013. My budget is $800K. Hope that the Condo may near MRT and easier to get tenants.

Any advice?

Hi Elaine,

Perfect match for you. Under $800k, 2 bedrooms at NV Residence which is going to TOP soon. 764sqf on high floor. Owner is calling for price review after this National Day as it draws near TOP.

Call me if you are interested for this project as I believe you are looking at potential 4.5% rental yield minimum.
