To consider real estate as a career, you need to be prepared to endure long hours, nasty clients or fellow professionals, as this business does not pay like a salaried employee. It seems that we are very well paid but outsiders will never know the amount of hard work we have put in, the amount of professional and skills training we undertake, the amount of time away from our family members we spent, all without guarantee that we will have closings or income to bring home to begin with.

With 4 O levels pass, you will be able to become a salesperson. You will need to attend the RES course and pass the RES exams to be able to obtain a salesperson licence.

To succeed in the industry, it is important to find a good mentor who is willing to teach and a company with a strong support network.
