There was a transaction for 1,389sqft at Sunhaven in July 2024 for 1.55million wrongly listed as 3 bedder. It is a ground floor 2 bedder unit. Can you kindly update it accordingly? As this gives the wrong impression 3 bedder unit unit recent sale price are lower. Thanks!
