Hi Realtors/Agents,
I have a question regards to selling my HDB flat located at C'wealth close. I'm desperate to sell my flat at the soonest, but I couldn't do it as I'm living in the States at this time. I talked to one of the local agents and he advised me to get a POA first ( before doing anything else) who would show up for the first and second appointments. I asked him if I could submit the valuation and advertise the flat at the same time while awaits for the POA to be done. But he advised not to do anything until POA is approved by the High Court of S'pore. It sounds like it is a long process than I imagined just for the POA to start with. Besides, I'm having a hard time getting the official forms of POA from the HDB website. I'm writing this hoping to find someone to educate me how to get over with this very beginning step in selling a property from the overseas. I'd be greatly appreciate for any pieces of advise from all of you. Thank you and have a blessed day!
