Hi PropertyGuru, Can advise me how much rental (average) for Blk 303A 4A (3+2) whole unit? Rental can be around $2000 nowadays? I have an unit want to rent out around from next month (May 2018), Does anyone have tenants to recommend? Thank you.

I assume your unit is either at Blk 303A Punggol or Anchorvale Link.

The most recent 4 room rental transaction at 303A Anchorvale link is $1,850 in April 2018, for 303A Punggol Central is $1,800 in April 2018.

Therefore, you are most likely to get rental around $1,800. $2,000 seem to be on the high side now.
