I have a 1BR recommendation for you, should be a good fit. Besides monthly installment, there are also maintenance fees every quarter and annual property tax. There are also initial renovation and furnishing costs, as well as monthly upkeep costs for repairs (if any). Projects near MRT are still sought after by tenants.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

If it is purely for investment, I believe that there could be potential downside to go further. As the rental market is also relatively weak, I strongly do not recommend any purchase now unless you are able to secure it at a significantly reduced price.
