Will you be eligible under single singapore citizen scheme?

If not you can consider to buy with your non citizen parent if condition is met.

For joint singles scheme, your sibling need to be SC as well and if all other conditions are met.

You can consider to apply for HFE if not write in to HDB for further clarification.
