Hi im Riton and my Bangladeshi friends need a HDB apartment for rental 6persons rent 9 months with all facilities also they are admitted sg Polytechnic and need nearby this area better for study
pls advice all details thks Riton

Hi. For use of all facilities; your friends should consider whole unit rental. 6 persons is possible to one unit. However, 9 months might be hard to find as most landlords prefer at least a year.

You must also factor in other costs such as agent fees, legal fees and utilities among others.

You can use property guru to search for rental units near the polytechnic so that you have an idea of the budget needed.
