Hi, I need to rent a bedroom and a living room for commercial filming purposes between 16th to 18th February? Preferably a landed/private property or quiet HDB. A place we can paint over and furnish. Will return it to it's original states when filming is complete. Can anybody help me with this?

    Nobody will actually be staying in the property. This is strictly for filming purposes.

    Technically it's not rental as much as finding a location and reimbursing the owner for the location?
