I just helped a client from Jakarta close a deal 2 days ago and currently helping him with his visit pass and I can help you with the procedures as well.

Payment procedure for new launches
- Reciept of Option + 5% booking fee
- Buyer Sign S&P (contract to developer)
- Stamp duty to be paid within 2 weeks of signing S&P (3% - $5,400)
- Buyer to pay 15%
- Progressive payment

As for loan application, I can get my bankers to give you a call. There are various options that you can consider.
