Hi, i am an Singapore citizen and have been working overseas.

- i have some cash available (500-700k)
- no condo no HDB under me
- looking for bargain, budget up to 1.5m-2m
- monthly income enough to support 1-1.5m loan at least.

I am looking for good property investment opportunities.

where can i find the bargain to leverage most the above situation. Need some smart ideas and suggestions. Thanks.

Hi, I would advice going for new project that is under construction. And there are some good projects worth investing like Sims Urban Oasis which is just 5 mins walk to Aljunied MRT. Besides, James Cook University is just mins away which you will have a good pool of tenants from there wanting to view once this project gets TOP. You can consider new launch for capital appreciation and rental yield when it TOP. But do take note that you might face competition for tenants with your neighbours.

If not, you can consider resale units with tenancy where you can get instant rental returns straight away but you might not enjoy any capital appreciation.

Nevertheless let me share some good news for you!

There are a few developers which will be hit by QC and ABSD might reduce their pricing for those affected projects.

If you are willing to wait, I might be able to introduce some good buys in the near future.
