Hi, I am 38 single malaysian pr , can I buy a hdb join name with my mum? but she is not a pr, as i understand that now siblings is not allowed to join name. If cant is there any other way that I can buy a hdb? Thanks

Afternoon Jess,

For PR to purchase resale HDB unit with parent, your parent have to be SC. If you are married to SC or PR, that will also make you eligible to purchase resale HDB unit.
