If you are able to obtain an option to purchase these few days and submit for a valuation, the valuation should be out next week so you should able to submit your resale application latest by 25/7/16.

If not, you can seek further assistance from HDB whether they can allow you to submit your application even though your spouse's pass is less than 6 months validity.
