Yes what you wish to achieve can be arranged. Of course the timeline needs to be handled meticulously. The timeline can be very sensitive and I guess we have to really sit down and discuss about it.

Hi James,

Moving in and out on the same day is possible, however, for fundings wise, you will probably require to get a bridging loan while you cash in on your proceeds of your condo sale before it is ready for utilisation for purchase. Work with the bank for this arrangement and you will be required to check for eligibility for bridging arrangements. As a typical HDB transaction takes longer to complete than a private property, the time line would be critical.
