Hi Gurus
I have about 250k in CPF, can I buy a resale 5 room around 550k without using any cash money? Meaning using 250k one time to buy the house, the rest I will be taking HLE. I am making 100k per annum. Am I eligible?

Morning Linda,

With your income status, you have exceeded the income ceiling for single scheme hence you will not be eligible for HDB loan. You will have to utilize bank loan for the purchase. Hence 5% must be in cash, not forgetting the COV component. However, you can use CPF for the legal and stamp fee.
