Hi CK Tan,

The top floor units are usually 2000 sqft. So unless you consider stretching your budget, otherwise you have to settle for the slightly lower units. However, with 1.1M, it'll quite be tough also.

Hi, 3rm top floor (non-penthouse) at Lakeshore may be possible near your budget. 2+1 unit top floor going for under 900k.
