Hi All, need some advice. Seller is a Hong Konger is sick. He wants to sell his Singapore Condo but not able to fly over. How can he complete the selling documentation ? Would appreciate a step by step advice. Thank you.

Morning,

I would need more information before I can advice accordingly. What's is the current situation? How sick is he? Mentally or physically? What documents have being signed? Is it a joint / sole tentancy?
