Hi Agents,
I am looking to get a FH Terrace at District 13, 19 and 20. Other estates too if price is reasonable. My budget is below $2.5M. Looking at minimum 3 bedrooms and minimum 1200sft. Any recommendation. I am very keen in fire sales or attractive buy. Please note no tenancy as i am moving in.

Hi Tan,

Your expectations are reasonable, therefore wherever possible, if you are able to indicate a preferred location, I will be able to assist better.

I have 1 freehold terrace for sale in prime D15 area within your budget. It is a renovated unit therefore you'll only require to touch up a bit before you can move-in. 10 minutes away from MRT station. I believe it is too good to be true.
