Dear Guru,
My current tenancy agreement with Tenancy is under XXX Enterprise.
My tenant say they wanted to change to XXX Group due to internal company restructuring.
They mention is not a company name change.
In this case do I require a novation agreement or I can just receive a letter from them about this change.
If novation agreement is needed do you have a sample?
