In October 2025, HDB will release about 9,100 flats across eight towns, including Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Bishan, Bukit Merah, Jurong East, Toa Payoh, Yishun, and, importantly, the Sengkang BTO 2025 project.
A total of around 19,600 flats will be launched this year, keeping the supply on par with 2023 levels.
