Kallang, also known as Whampoa, is a developed urban area that has been serving the people of Singapore with HDB housing facility for a number of years. Road transportation is manned by mainly two operators: Singapore Bus Services (SBS) and Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (SMRT) buses. The bus services that ply the area are:
