The Kids UNfriendly Condo
This Condo has the rudest security guards who act like they own the building. Recently, school buses are no longer allowed to enter to pick and drop off the kids who actually live in the building. Only because the low labor cost to repair 6 years old of cobble stone. If you have kids and interested to rent, forget it! -

Small space
Land area of the condo is very small, so there is not much space for children to play. The playgound gets flooded during downpours as the condo is located at the bottom of the slope. Some of the rooms are really tiny. -
