Looking at their marketing pitch, I thought this project is indeed well located. Nowhere near to MRT or NEX, even Chomp Chomp is barely 'walkable'. No catchment area for potential tenants either. If buyers are paying ABSD, it needs Serangoon price to go near $2,000psf before seeing any decent profit.
