  Observation

  Good for economical stay compared to condos nearby. Lift to every floor door step. Good amenities with Shen Siong, market, coffee shops, provision shops, bank, 7 Eleven, West Coast CC, Berries, Child education, Near to NUS and Japanese School. Good rental yield. Near to West coast park with 24/7 MacDonalds. Good for families activities. Ideal place to stay though need to take Bus to MRT. But west coast market bus stops has a number of buses going to town and MRT. 20 mins drive to city via west coast highway. No ERP along ECP to wards east and back west. Potential en block for development.
