Parc Komo is pipped to be the most affordable freehold project with an average price of $1,450 psf.

The Parc Komo mixed-use development in Changi will open for preview this Saturday (May 18), said its developer CEL Development.

Sitting on a 202,000 sq ft freehold site, the project is conceptualised as a rustic resort that’s close to nature.

The low-rise development comprises 276 apartments and 28 commercial units spread across 10 blocks.

Apartment sizes range from 452 sq ft for a one-bedroom unit to 1,905 sq ft for the largest five-bedroom luxury penthouse.

Indicative prices start from about $663,000 for a one-bedroom unit, $871,000 for a two-bedder and $1.294 million for a three-bedder. Prices of the larger four and five-bedroom units haven’t been revealed yet.

According to CEL, Parc Komo is the most affordable freehold project in the market today with an average price of $1,450 psf.

Located in District 17, the surrounding area is seeing considerable growth with the recent opening of Jewel Changi Airport as well as improved connectivity with the upcoming Loyang MRT station on the Cross Island Line, which is expected to open by 2029.

“The rustic charm of Changi and the exciting masterplan for the area are major draw cards for Parc Komo,” said Raymond Chia, Group CEO of Chip Eng Seng Corporation. “Fans of the East Coast area would appreciate the casual and easy-going vibes of Changi, as well as the long-term potential of the area.”

Parc Komo sits on the former Changi Garden site, which was sold in an en bloc sale to CEL for $248.8 million in October 2017. The price works out to about $888 psf per plot ratio.

CEL’s previously launched projects include Park Colonial in Bidadari, Grandeur Park Residences in Tanah Merah and High Park Residences in Sengkang.
