Midwood, Hong Leong Holding’s 564-unit residential project at Hillview Rise, is set to open for public preview this Saturday (19 October), with the showflat located along Elizabeth Drive.

Nestled on a 153,881 sq ft site, the 99-year leasehold development comprises two 29-storey residential towers that are built 120 metres apart as well as a block of six-storey multi-storey car park.

It offers one- to four-bedroom units, with sizes ranging between 484 sq ft for a one-bedder and 1,259 sq ft for a four-bedder.

Facilities at the development include a 50m rooftop infinity pool, function room, clubhouse, indoor gym, sun deck, tennis court, BBQ pits as well as a children’s playground.

There will also be a childcare centre to cater for residents with young children.

Just a stone’s throw away to Hillview MRT station, Midwood is located between two nature enclaves – Bukit Timah Reserve and Little Guilin. It is also near various retail amenities such as HillV2, The Rail Mall and Hillion Mall and enjoys easy access to Bukit Timah Expressways (BKE) and Pan Island Expressway (PIE).

Midwood is targeted for TOP in September 2022.
