A commercial and residential site at Bukit Batok West Avenue 6 was launched for sale by public tender on Wednesday (30 March), revealed the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).

Released under the confirmed list of the first half 2016 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme, the 158,194 sq ft site has a gross floor area (GFA) of 474,592 sq ft.

Situated within an upcoming neighbourhood centre, the 99-year leasehold plot could yield about 425 condominium units. A maximum GFA of 64,583 sq ft has been set aside for commercial use.

Nearby amenities include the Bukit Batok MRT station, which is located approximately 1 km from the site, West Mall, schools and a polyclinic.

The tender exercise for the land parcel will close on 24 May 2016, said the URA.
