We have booked a unit at Gloucester student apartment with conditions stated by DWG agent and paid booking fee to DWG. abt a month later when we want to sign the S&P agreement, it didn't specify some of the agreed conditions during booking and the developer agreed to cancel the booking. Till date, DWG has not refund us the deposit after almost going to1 year of requests. Who else can we seek help?
