I am looking for a good agent to help me buy a resale condo in D3. I have bad experience with some agents who take long time to arrange viewing for only 1 unit and don't bother to update me. After viewing, agent also will not take time to discuss with me the property. Is this because buyer not paying agent fee?

Could it be because there is any units in the market that suits your requirements?
Do drop us an email with your requirements and we will use our software to generate if there are any matches before we can advise further.

Also, it was never an issue that buyers are not paying commission.

    Does getting an exclusive agent means I have to pay a commission to him? It is quite a lot of work for me to screen through the properties and call up individual agents. Even in same agency, there are different agents selling different units. I have to call and coordinate the time with each of them. Some don't even respond with confirmation, which makes it even harder for me.

Hi Mr/Ms Lim,

Buyers to not need to pay comm but ultimately you must buy before we get to earn our comm from the cobroke agent. So I also do not understand why the agents that you've worked with don't follow up. I guess the commitment level is not there. Well maybe we can discuss this further such as your requirements and budget.

Before i was an agent and i searched for my own HDB flat, i ended up looking at 49 houses before i found what i want! House hunting is never easy and i hope I can help you to find your home and not just a house.
