Dear madam,
Changi Business Park is considered in the far east of Singapore, with nearest MRT to be Expo. Alternative MRT stations you may consider will be at Tanah Merah, Simei or Bedok, where 2 bedrooms unit will usually not cost more than $2400 if you are referring to HDB rental. If you are looking at ease of public transport, I would recommend you to look at Simei as it should be easier to get on the MRT for travelling.
