Living in with Male Landlord and other tenants - 2 other females and 1 male. Your room mate is a Korean female student. There is a dog which comes once a week (tenant must be aware there is a dog in the apartment). The common areas including your room will be cleaned weekly.
Dog is very friendly to humans and has undergone lots of training, landlord will only accept a dog loving co-occupant.
