Atlassia is a boutique freehold, mixed development in the landed enclave in the Joo Chiat area in District 15. The development by developer K16 Development comprises of 31 units with eight conservative shophouses on the ground floor. The condo is a redevelopment of the former site for nine shophouses in Joo Chiat Place, which were en bloc in 2021 for $33.9 million. Atlassia is a unique mixed development in the predominantly low-rise landed area of Joo Chiat Estate. Being the first Heritage Town in Singapore, Joo Chiat brings lots of old world charm that exudes laid-back, kampung charms. The design combines the historical charm of shophouses, dating back to the 1950s, with the modern architecture of modern day apartments. In their design, they took into account the rich heritage of Joo Chiat as one of Singapore’s most prized historical districts as the main inspiration for Atlassia’s architecture. Atlassia will be launched in May 2022 with 31 units put up for sale and is expected to be completed and obtain its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in November 2025. The Atlassia showflat location is off-site at Joo Chiat Terrace (Singapore 427181). The actual development site is at 30 Joo Chiat Place (Singapore 427754), which is down the street from Tembeling Road (200m).
