Atlassia is a boutique freehold, mixed development in the landed enclave in the Joo Chiat area in District 15. The development by developer K16 Development comprises of 31 units with eight conservative shophouses on the ground floor. The condo is a redevelopment of the former site for nine shophouses in Joo Chiat Place, which were en bloc in 2021 for $33.9 million.
