This is a beautiful long towered building with a beautiful view of sunset from the apartment, it consists of 19 floors and 105 units. It is a freehold condominium development located at 12 Derbyshire Road, Singapore 309466, in District 11, a few minutes away from Newton MRT Station. Well-designed modern apartment units are a feature of this project from one of the most highly regarded developers in Singapore. The vast majority of the units in Adria are one, two, three, and four bedrooms, with many of the one bedroom flats having around 500-600 sqft, making it affordable despite its proximity to the MRT. Adria is developed and built by Jumbo Valley Pte Ltd a Singapore-listed international property and hospitality conglomerate, and one of the biggest landlords on the island. Its vast global network encompasses many subsidiaries and associated companies, and owns and manages properties across the world. The number of one, two, three, and four bedroom units, as well as their relatively varying sizes is something that makes Adria unique from other residential projects. The other thing of course is its closeness to the MRT station. Important features of Adria includes its gymnasium room, lap pool, spa pool, 24 hour security, barbeque area, swimming pool, spa pool, open car park. Many schools are at a shorter distance from Adria. The fact that Adria is so close to the MRT – it is a 9 minute walk from Newton MRT Station – it is a huge plus point for this development and will be the reason most people buy. It is also situated quite near to several other MRT Stations such as Novena MRT which is only 14 minutes away from Adria which gives access to the residents of Adria to many different areas of Singapore.
