The Arden

The Arden is a 99-year leasehold condo from award-winning developer Qingjian Realty. Its location is in District 23 along Phoenix Road. Comprising 105 units and three residential blocks, the condo is a redevelopment of the former apartments and shops along Phoenix Road. The whole property was sold via en bloc for $42.6 million in 2019. The Arden is expected to be completed and obtain its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in December 2025. The development is an affordably priced private condo project in a tranquil neighbourhood. Yet, at the same time, it enjoys close proximity to a variety of amenities such as shopping malls and MRT connectivity at Bukit Panjang which is a 10-minute walk or a short bus ride away. This gives it a nice mix of quietness and accessibility. The Arden’s proximity to the West of Singapore (i.e. Jurong) puts it in a strategic position to enjoy the benefits of living close to the upcoming Jurong Innovation District (JID) and Jurong Lake District (JLD). It was awarded the Top 10 Developer award in BCI Asia Awards 2019 and was recognized as a top developer for five consecutive years. It has also claimed multiple Building and Construction Authority Green Mark, BCA Universal Design Mark Gold/GoldPlus, and FIABCI Singapore Property Awards (2015, 2017) over the last two decades.
