After marriage, she is no longer a single household
HDB’s position generally is:
If the spouse owns another property, you may be required to:
Dispose of the private property, OR
Dispose of the HDB flat
HDB does not freely allow a married couple to keep:
1 HDB + 1 private property during MOP
This is not automatic confiscation — but you will need HDB’s approval.
